ABOUT US

Briar Rose Alpacas owned by Barbara & Jerry DuVall. Located in Chester County, PA near the Delaware, Maryland and Pennsyvania, state lines.  In 1999 we aquired our first alpacas, one bred suri and one bred huacaya with a male cria @side. That was the beginning since then we have witness many births, added new bloodlines and learned much about alpacas.  They are unique creatures that intrigue and awe you at the same time.

Over the years we decided to concentrate on the suri alpaca, and as our huacaya herd sold each was replaced with another lovely suri. Breeding only suri alpacas enables us to use our herdsire on more dams and therefore we can see just what the male has to offer.
